CISC Fit

CISCFit is a group that usually meets once a week in person, and sometimes on Zoom too. We enjoy a collective, low impact workout on chilled music. The workout sequences are inspired by pilates, yoga, and barre. 
There is no formal fitness instruction, but the group leader offers to show some moves and exercises that the other members can follow and modify as they wish based on their technique and fitness level. 
The level of the sessions is usually intermediate to advanced, but exercises can be adapted for beginners. All exercises can be practiced with body weight only, but again, there are options to add light weights and accessories into the session.
